There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 238 was read the third time. 2010-04-14 House Journal Page 2275 Representatives Seaton, Gruenberg, Crawford, P. Wilson, N. Foster, Petersen, and Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and the members were required to vote. The Speaker stated that all members were required to vote. **The presence of Representatives Herron and Edgmon was noted. The question being: "Shall HB 238 pass the House?"
